Stratos Dynamics connects qualified Buyers with verified Sellers of agricultural commodities. The relationships we build — with grain elevators, crush plants, and farm operations across the Southeast — are the foundation of our business. This agreement exists to protect those relationships. It is not a legal obstacle. It is the handshake that makes every deal possible.
We identify and introduce willing Buyers to verified Sellers of Yellow Corn #2 and Soybean Meal. We negotiate the commercial terms, issue the purchase order, and earn a per-ton brokerage commission when the deal closes. We are the bridge — and this agreement keeps the bridge intact.
By receiving any communication from Stratos Dynamics that identifies a specific Seller, elevator, crush plant, or origin point — including but not limited to a product offer, pricing indication, Soft Corporate Offer (SCO), or product availability confirmation — you agree not to contact, negotiate with, or transact with that party directly, bypassing Stratos Dynamics, for a period of 12 months from the date of first disclosure.
This applies to both Buyers receiving Seller information and Sellers receiving Buyer introductions. The obligation runs both directions.
Stratos Dynamics earns a per-ton brokerage commission on each closed transaction. This commission is incorporated into the FOB price quoted to the Buyer and paid by the Seller upon deal close. The commission amount is disclosed in the confirmed purchase order. No other fees are charged. There are no retainers, platform fees, or membership costs.
If a party circumvents this agreement and transacts directly with an identified counterparty during the 12-month protection period, Stratos Dynamics is entitled to recover its standard per-ton commission for all transactions completed with that counterparty during the protection period, plus any reasonable legal fees incurred to enforce this agreement.
No written signature is required. By accepting, opening, forwarding, or acting on any product offer, pricing communication, or origin disclosure from Stratos Dynamics, you are agreeing to the terms of this Brokerage Protection Agreement. If you do not agree, notify us immediately and do not act on the information shared.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Jurisdiction and venue for any enforcement action is Fulton County, Georgia.
